BeCu25 Beryllium Copper JIS H3270, also commonly known as Alloy 25, combines high strength with non-magnetic and non-sparking qualities. It has excellent metal working, forming, non-galling, and machining qualities.  Since BeCu25 Beryllium Copper do not trade high strength for conductivity, BeCu25 Beryllium Copper are well suited to address the challenges in connectors and other harsh-environment components. Strength, conductivity, ductility, corrosion resistance, machinability, and low friction properties make BeCu25 alloys ideal for downhole directional tools including MWD/LWD housings, drill bit bearings, subsea actuator stems, subsea xmas trees, connectors/contacts, and assisted lift pumps.

BeCu25 Beryllium Copper JIS H3270 is a precipitation-strengthened copper alloy, non-magnetic, impact five sparks, seawater corrosion resistance, the whole series of beryllium copper is called "the king of non-ferrous metal elasticity - Spring copper". BeCu25 Beryllium Copper is used for various types of materials that require high strength, high elasticity, high hardness and high wear resistance,such as Micro-motor brushes, switches, relays, connectors, thermostat springs, and various types of springs. With the increasing requirements for product reliability and service life, the demand of beryllium copper will also increase.
