Also known as spring copper and Beryllium Copper, BeCu25 Beryllium Copper JIS H3270 is one of the highest strength copper-based alloys in the market. BeCu25 Beryllium Copper JIS H3270, also commonly known as Alloy 25, combines high strength with non-magnetic and non-sparking qualities. It has excellent metal working, forming, non-galling, and machining qualities. Since BeCu25 Beryllium Copper do not trade high strength for conductivity, BeCu25 Beryllium Copper are well suited to address the challenges in connectors and other harsh-environment components. Strength, conductivity, ductility, corrosion resistance, machinability, and low friction properties make BeCu25 alloys ideal for downhole directional tools including MWD/LWD housings, drill bit bearings, subsea actuator stems, subsea xmas trees, connectors/contacts, and assisted lift pumps.
