HBsC3 HIGH STRENGTH BRASS
HBsC3 HIGH STRENGTH BRASS
HBsC3 High Strength Brass (HBsC3 Manganese Bronze) is a type of alloy where aluminum, manganese and iron are added to a copper-zinc alloy. HBsC3 High Strength Brass is high in tensile strength, has toughness and high strength, excellent in terms of inter-heat forgeability, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and thus is used for high-class structural materials as well as for components of planes, ships and industrial machines where heavy loads are commonly applied.

OVERVIEW OF HBsC3 HIGH STRENGTH BRASS
HBsC3 High Strength Brass alloy commonly used in marine and aerospace applications. It is made by adding bronze powder and zinc to brass, resulting in a stronger and more durable material. HBsC3 High Strength Brass has excellent mechanical properties, including strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in harsh environments. HBsC3 High Tensile Brass is also highly machinable, making it easier to shape and form into various parts and components. Overall, HBsC3 High Strength Brass is a versatile and reliable material that provides excellent performance in a wide range of applications.
HBsC3 High Strength Brass
HBsC3 High Strength Brass is the strongest and one of the most wear-resistant alloys with high tensile strength, high yield strength, hardness and ductility similar to steel. In addition to its excellent mechanical properties, manganese bronze is also resistant to corrosion. HBsC3 High Strength Brass contains small percentages of manganese, iron, aluminum and lead for lubrication, anti-adhesion and bonding. Like aluminum bronze, they combine high strength with excellent corrosion resistance.HBsC3 High Strength Brass bearings or Bushings can operate at high speeds under heavy loads, but require high shaft stiffness and wear-free operating conditions.
HBsC3 High Tensile Brass
Different grades of HBsC3 High Strength Brass are used in the aerospace, fastener, marine, and oil and gas industries. Typical applications in these industries include landing gear parts, lead screw nuts, strut bushings, screw machine parts, bearings, bushings, gears, and more.
