Kojako Vietnam is committed to the satisfaction of its customers. All processes are monitored and controlled from start to finish: purchase of raw materials, appropriate combination thereof, manufacturing processes, measurements and analysis,..., so that the product meets international standards ISO 9001:2015, satisfying the customer.
Kojako Vietnam has a quality system that meets the most demanding supply requirements. This system has been recognized by the international certification body ICB-VESH with certificate number 231150.QMS.CN23, both for the activity of manufacturing final parts and supplying Brass & Bronze in copper-based alloys (bronze, cuproaluminum and complex brass) and for machining activities, certifying its suitability to the International Standard ISO 9001.
HRC Hardness Testing For Bronze
Kojako Vietnam is able to guarantee the metallographic structure of the material and its grain size of the parts that require it. The copper alloy has been testing by 2 optical emission spectrometers from the Europe & Korea Manufacturers in its facilities, as well as a complete set of machines to test mechanical characteristics (traction, hardness, etc.).
To carry out quality control of the parts manufactured and brass & bronze supplied at KOJAKO, the plant has its own testing or measurement equipment for Brinell HBW hardness measurement 10/1000 and 10/3000.
